Who reviews your work
Every deliverable is reviewed by an SPHR-certified HR practitioner with more than 14 years of experience across healthcare, technology and logistics. AI speeds up the research. A person makes the judgment calls and signs off before anything reaches you.
Before you buy, you can ask to verify the reviewer's credential. We do that privately, under a mutual NDA, for prospective clients and referral partners.
Our standards
- In writing. You get a clear answer with sources you can check.
- Fixed scope and price. If work outgrows the scope, we say so first, and you can stop.
- Plain about limits. We are not a law firm. Claims, agency charges and lawsuits go to an employment attorney.
- Careful with data. Leave out employee names and medical details unless we ask for them. See the privacy notice.
